Misko’s EX Diary: Outpost Ruins
The EX Treasure: Twilight Relic side quest for the helmet will appear automatically when you launch the game for the first time with the DLC installed. Its text says the following:
The Hyrule royal family collected some historically significant outfits, but a bandit named Misko stole them. Among the stolen items was the spooky armor.
There’s a journal detailing the locations of the treasures somewhere in the ruins of the outpost…
Go to the Ja Baij Shrine in the east of the Great Plateau. Turn directly northeast and slide off the plateau. Continue northeast until you see the Outpost ruins. Just on the other side of the first wall you see you will find Misko’s EX Diary.
Read Misko’s EX Diary will update your adventure log for all eight stolen relics: Majora’s Mask, Tingle Armor Set, Midna’s Helm, and Phantom Armor Set. For the fantasy armor, Misko wrote:
The armor of the wild spirits, feared even by heroes, are hidden in the ruins of Hyrule Field. Find these coins on a battlefield where brave souls have tested their skills… on a ceremonial compound where royal guards are honored… and in ruins where the soldiers of Hyrule have gathered.
How to find the ghost helmet: Colosseum ruins
The first place mentioned by Misko, “a battlefield where brave souls try their skills,” is the Colosseum ruins. If you’ve never been, it’s just east of the suburban barn and north of the Grand Plateau.
There is no quick way here; You have to walk quite a bit wherever you start. The most direct route begins at Kaam Ya’tak Shrine, where you will find the path that leads straight to the ruins.
Before you storm into the Colosseum, a word of warning: there is a lynelle here. There’s no point in the game for fighting a Lynel to be easy, so be prepared. If you want to get started, make sure you have enough food and healing elixirs and at least one really good weapon. If you try to avoid it or run without dying, we wish you the best of luck. Let us know how (or if) it worked for you.
As reader rooislangwtf points out in the comments, the equipment of the Lynx mask from the Kilton store you can fool that lynelle not to attack you. If you don’t push your luck for too long, the mask will fool him and he won’t attack.
The treasure chest with the ghost helmet it is buried in the ground on the northeast wall; it is on the right as you enter.
How to find Ghost Strikes: Hyrule Garrison Ruins
For the next piece in the set go to central tower. Face southeast and glide toward the paraglider Hyrule Garrison Ruins.
There are a few gramstutors here you must manage or avoid. go to Akkala Ancient Technology Laboratory to get something old arrows before you take them. A old arrow catches a guard in the eye with one shot. If you’re careful (or lucky), you might be able to avoid them altogether.
Your destination is a little further southeast of the intersection. Look for a broken guard next to a low wall.
How to find ghost armor: Ruins of the Holy Land
The last piece ghost replacement I’m waiting for you Ruins of the Holy Land. Maybe you’ve been here before collecting captured memories. Just like the Colosseum, you have to walk a lot to get there.
You can start at Katah Chuki Shrine and follow the roads east, but it will take you through a lot more. tutors. if you have it old arrows or you like a challenge, go for it.
If you prefer to sneak more safely, start walking north-northeast from where you picked it up ghost greaves – directly northeast of the central tower. you will go on it Ruins of the Holy Land from the opposite direction. There won’t be any paths to follow, but you won’t find all of these guardians.
In the center of the Sacred Ground Ruins, activate your magnesia and look to the southeast. The EX treasure chest is right in front of you in the water. Climb with you on the chest on the stone and open it for the ghost armor.
