This cocktail isn’t too sweet and doesn’t require any store-bought mix-ins. Everything is fresh. The base is Dry Gin, then we add freshly squeezed lemon juice and simple syrup. It’s incredibly delicious.

How to make a Tom Collins cocktail from scratch with no added sugar.

Pour the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup into a pitcher. Mix well. Fill 4 glasses to the brim with ice. Pour the gin mixture into the glasses. Add a little soda and garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
