These adorable printable rings are really easy to make and fun to make.

The festive figures included in this set are Santa Claus, a reindeer, a snowman and a Christmas tree.

We’ve made them in 4 different sizes this time, making them suitable for a variety of ages (also great for a family craft session).

If you’re having a Christmas party at school or at home, this is a great project to keep the little ones busy.

These also come in a black and white version that kids can color in themselves, and a ready-to-use, pre-colored version.

How to make printable paper Christmas rings for kids

What do you need:

  • our printable template
  • thicker print paper (preferred, although regular print paper is acceptable)
  • scissors
  • Color accessory if you print the black and white version.

Step by step instructions

Print out the models.

We recommend printing on heavier card stock as the rings are more durable that way, but printing on plain paper will work too.

In addition, as the primers ont leur propre esprit, différentes imprimantes peuvent print les anneaux avec des tailles légèrement différentes, il est donc préférable de tester l’imprimante et les tailles d’anneaux si vous prévoyez de faire un plus grande nombre de copies ( in class).

Once you have printed the black and white version of our model, the first thing you need to do is color in the rings.

You can use markers, crayons, glitter pens… whatever color the kids are most comfortable with.

Once colored, or if you printed the pre-colored version, cut out the rings.

*

Next to the head (on either side) is a small dotted line that runs down the center of the drawing.

Also cut along this line to make the slits.

*

Flip the paper over to bring the two halves together and slide one slot into the other.

The head should line up nicely, if not you may need to cut a little more along the dotted line.

*

Finished! You have made your Christmas paper ring.

Aren’t they the cutest?

*

All you have to do is put the ring on your finger and wear it with pride.

*

Do them all because it’s definitely more fun with 4 instead of one.

*

Happy DIY!
