Pokémon Go August 2019 Field Research guide

Pokemon go has basic quests that players can complete in exchange for Pokémon encounters, items, and Stardust. These are called field research tasks.
Spinning Pokéstops give players a field research task to complete. Each stop gives a quest once a day, and players can complete up to three quests at once. After completing a task, players receive a stamp with the date. After getting seven different seven-day stamps, players will find a special Pokemon along with stardust, items, and XP as a reward. Players can turn in multiple quests per day, but will only get a stamp for the first quest they complete that day. Note that after completing a task, you can wait to return it if you want to save the stamp for another day.
On July 1st, the group of special Pokémon was changed, including latios, beats, KyogreY groudon, and each of them has a chance to appear as Shiny. Kyogre and Groudon are the best water and ground attackers, respectively, so it’s a good idea to catch as many as possible.
Completing individual tasks also rewards sweet things. Rare spawns like Aerodactyl Where Chansey These can be rewards for tasks, but also important loot such as rare candies or golden Razzberries.
