Paper Snowman Craft

Time to start another snowman! I made a fun paper snowman that was fun and fun to hop around with (I think a few of these would make a cute garland too).

We love paper crafts, you don’t need a lot of materials and the things you can do… Endless possibilities!

Paper snowman

What do you need

  • 2 sheets of white paper (plain paper will do, although construction paper works best)
  • Any other color paper (and some for the orange nose you can draw too)
  • Black marker
  • glue, scissors
  • optional: buttons, cupcake pan, glitter

Watch the video tutorial

Or follow this step-by-step guide

Start by cutting strips of paper in two lengths, I cut the strips by cutting the sheets of white paper, one set lengthways and one set across.

*

Now put the paper balls together. If you don’t know how to check how we did when making this paper ball garland, the procedure is the same except you will make two balls for a snowman.

*

*

*

*

Draw or glue all the details, eyes, nose and buttons.

*

Cut a long strip of colored paper and make a scarf.

*

*

You can also use a cupcake liner as a hat, it looks so cute.

*

You can make a bunch of these and make a garland. If you want them to stand on their own, place a coin or small rock on the base to keep them balanced.

*

Or stick the snowman on a piece of paper.
