The CW Workshop has already provided you with a list of milestones that the city passed before the Battle of Mofang. Unbattening simply undoes all of these steps.
You’ve done enough of this already. They lowered the mine cart from the workshop, opened the revolving gate, diverted the flow, reconnected the power supply, reconnected the shaft water (more on that later), and disabled the dome.
Since you already have the code for Farley’s Vault, let’s do it first and maybe learn something along the way.
Take the mine cart to Farley’s vault
Take the cart along the track. The first junction will take you right towards Farley’s.
Walk straight past the trestle until you fall down a mine shaft. This is the first of many times you’ll have to turn around and go back.
Turn around in your seat and use the switch to make sure you swerve into the far right lane. Take the next right, then the next left. Now you know how to blow up the rock projector on your right, but that’s not necessary right now.
At the next dead end you have to turn back. Take the left path and follow it to the gorge. Keep going until you see a fence with a gate.
If you can’t get out of the mine cart, secure the track as much as possible. Go outside and open the door. Inside, you’ll see a rock face with the telltale red glow of a searchlight.
Leave the door open and go back to the mine cart. Use the laser to destroy the rock projector. Go to the recently opened mine shaft…
…until it looks weird.
Through the mine shaft
If you go through the dome wall, you can’t really get out of there. Teleports you to another part of the dome. If you walk along the rusty shipping containers, you’ll soon find that it’s in a junkyard above and behind the gas station.
Follow the path that curves to the right. Just after the whale, you’ll find a crane-like machine on the left. Press the button and lower the bucket to the junkyard just behind the gas station.
Stick to the wall and you’ll soon find a closet.
Inside is a fuse box with wiring diagrams explaining why electricity wasn’t reaching all parts of the city when you turned on the generator. Hit the switch on the left to restore power to the rest of Hunrath. Keep going left until you find the back door of the gas station. Inside you will find a Villein device and instructions.
Learn the logic behind the puzzle.
That’s for sure autopsy, which is why we created a guide that explains how villein numbers work. Listen.
The device has a purpose of the Cyan Games type. It teaches you to count in base 4 villein version. You don’t really need it at the moment. It will definitely happen sooner or later, but you don’t need to worry now. If you want to learn more about how Villein numbers work, you can read more in our guide.
Go into the garage and open the garage door with the button on the right. Before you go, use the in-game camera (or your computer screenshot) to snap a picture of the license plate wall. trust us
Go through the garage door and turn slightly left. Right on the canyon wall is a strange artifact from ancient times. Enter the phone booth and take a picture of the dial. If your T9 memory (ask your parents) isn’t strong after 20, you’ll need it later.
Now go back to the front of the gas station and go behind and to the left of the locomotive. Go through the doors of the red brick building and follow the path to the left. At the end of the gorge you will find a mine shaft on the right wall. Inside is a door with a keyboard on your right. Fortunately, you already know an access code.
Type Farley’s address backwards – 6341 – to enter the vault.

Long chapters have a table of contents at the top of the page. Each chapter has a table of contents at the bottom autopsy in its entirety. If you are not sure where to go, just look at the many pictures on each page. Once you are familiar with them, you will find your way around.
