This time we went one step further to see who can make the smallest origami boat by working with a smaller sheet of paper each time (halving the size of the paper each time) and I was very surprised at the size of the Papers It came to mind, and honestly we could probably make it even smaller if I had tweezers handy.

All you need is a piece of letter or A4 paper. Plain printer paper is perfect for this project. Use as many colors as possible.

Folding instructions for paper boats

Start with a piece of paper and fold it in half.

Fold in half again as shown in the second picture (you don’t have to fold top to bottom, you just need to mark the middle).

Bring the corners to the center to get a triangle shape with a rectangle underneath.

Fold up the rectangular part under the triangle (as indicated by the purple dots), turn your origami over and do the same on the other side.

As shown in the first image above, grab the center of the triangle shape with the red dot and pull on both sides (hold the red dot). leveling

You’ll get the shape like the second image above (ignore the red dot in the bottom left corner – no idea how it got there haha).

Fold the front layer up (as indicated by the green dot), turn the origami boat over and do the same with the back layer. You will get a triangle shape.

Pull out the sides and you get the square shape again as shown in the first image below.folding instructions

Slowly pull out the tops and you have your paper boat!
