Hedgehog Painted Rocks – Rock Crafts for Kids

This time we are making painted rock art with a cute hedgehog! We love painting rocks and we love hedgehogs so these cute companions were a must.

What do you need

• Rocks (boulders you picked up on your next hike or at a dollar store or craft store)
• brown acrylic paint
• beige acrylic paint
• brush
• Black marker

Wash and dry the stones to remove dust and dirt. Paint them with a layer of beige paint. let it dry Paint with brown, leave the head beige.

You can now add texture by adding more (wavy) layers of brown paint. Make a brown patch for the nose. Leave to dry completely.

When the paint is completely dry, use a black marker to draw in the spines, eyes, and nostrils. Is over. Repeat as many times as you want :).
