You are seeing: FFXIV: Endwalker guide – Chi and Daivadipa boss FATEs. This post was compiled by en.intelnuc.
FFXIV: Extreme Wanderers adds two more FATE bosses, special battles in the overworld that you can complete to earn special rewards. Most people will want to stalk Chi Y Daivadipa so they can come Chi Bolt Y Daivadipa Accountsthat allow you to get Level checker compatibility Y Mechanical servant Daivadiparespectively.
Our FF14 The guide explains how often Chi Y Daivadipa spawn, how to keep track of schedules and what rewards you get.
Note that before you even start entering the FATE bosses, you must have level 90 combat work and unlocked the ability to fly in Ultima Thule and Thavnair. You can’t get to the boss’s FATE if you can’t fly there (although a good player might be able to escort you there with a multi-person mount).
How does Boss FATE work?
FATE Bosses are the final parts of FATE Chains. Usually you have to do two FATEs that appear one after the other and end with the FATE boss. However, completing the previous two FATEs will not spawn the guaranteed boss. This means you may have to dismantle the FATE channel a bit before the boss spawns. Players usually work hard to create new FATE bosses, but the older ones don’t appear because people don’t need the rewards anymore.
After being killed, there is a cooldown window where the boss cannot respawn.
For participating in FATE, you earn a contribution based on the damage and healing done by your party. That means you should use party search or shout chat to join a party before FATE starts. For a maximum contribution, you will receive six Chi Bolt (from Chi) or six Daivadipa Accounts (by Daivadipa).
Follow the bosses of FATE with Faloop!
Faloop! is a community-made toolkit that tracks FATE’s big bosses and searches for markers in all expansions. Just select your server, click “FATEs” at the top and you’ll see a list.
If the FATE is marked as open, that means it can potentially be generated by fulfilling the requirements. If the FATE is marked as closed, it means it was recently deleted and cannot reappear yet.
However, since Faloop! It’s based on user reports, there can be bugs sometimes, so keep an eye on the shout chat to look for areas where bosses spawn.
