The first Cat Shine Shard is floating in the air. All you have to do is jump onto the raised platform and then jump again to grab it.

The second Cat Shine Shard appears to be floating above nothing, but in fact there is an invisible cloud platform underneath. Jump on the shard and you’re safe.
